Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments as well as individual, couples, and family therapy to patients.
- Collaborate effectively with non-physician providers to coordinate psychiatric treatment, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient encounters promptly, including all contact and attempted contact.
- Conduct reassessments to update and refine treatment plans as necessary, ensuring the highest cure is taken for every patient.
- Expertly apply all psychotherapeutic modalities, with a special emphasis on childhood disorders, adapting to each patient's unique needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master's Degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences from an accredited institution.
- Current Texas License as LCSW, LPC, and/or LMFT.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in psychotherapy.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an asset, with bilingual Spanish being preferred.
